Day 12

So this is our last "real" day, Tomorrow evening we fly out, but we have to be out of the condo at 10am tomorrow morning. Not sure what we are going to do all day as we have pretty much shopped all the shops and don't want to get all beachy, we may just sit in the car lol.

Today we did a lot more of nothing, till late afternoon, when low tide was, then we walked across the street to find a monk seal on "our"beach, We had heard they just come ashore to sleep but hadn't seen them yet. We snorkeled a bit still by far the best snorkeling we found on the island, nice to have it right across the street.

This is the shore line at "our" beach.
and we ended the day with a beautiful rainbow.

and just around the corner :)

To top our tip off we had the experience of a lifetime to night. On a whim after we got done at the beach across the street we headed down to the Koala landing where we first snorkeled and saw turtles. We wanted one last glimpse of the turtles, and were greatly rewarded. We were swimming along, and I glanced over at Aaron and noticed a shadow moving just on the other side of him, there with in touching distance was a green sea turtle! I squealed, and motioned to Aaron, and we swam with it for a while, Aaron glanced back at me and mr turtle echoed his move and turned up on it's side and looked at me too, it was priceless, and of course the first thought thru my head was AHH I don't have my camera! Anyway it was a wonderful wonderful way to end our vacation!
